[RTTY] Ctrl Fx and N1MM

Rick, N2AMG, fixed N1MM RTTY now so that the CTRL Fx keys work in the RTTY 
macros.  You can download the newest update from www.n1mm.com.

I found a CW macro file that N2IC posted on the N1MM reflector some time 
back and changed it a bit for RTTY.  You can send your call or a CQ on the 
2nd radio by hitting an F-key.

It can be tweaked for your individual operating style, but it works pretty
