[RTTY] CWSkimmer use in Rtty

Shameless plug: Airlink Express can decode up to 4 RTTY channels
simultaneously. More channels than 4 is not practical within the typical
audio pass band. Multichannel decoding in other modes is also available. The
number of simultaneously decoded channels depends on the bandwidth of the
mode in use, up to 16 for PSK31. 

Also, the background color of a channel changed automatically upon detection
of a search text like "CQ" or a callsign for when you are waiting for a DX
station like ST0R to appear on frequency.
