[RTTY] Digital Oscilloscope for tuning RTTY?

Yes, a Rigol digital scope will work fine for RTTY tuning. In general 
"viewing" terms, it will be no different than moving from an older CRT 
desktop monitor to an LCD monitor for your computer.
