In addition, USB has a 1 ms resolution +/- some jitter. As the data
rate approaches 100 baud, USB errors start to become significant.
Interestingly, if one goes to a 7 bit code (ASCII) and 300 baud most
of the current USB to serial devices will support that in UART mode
so there is no need for EXTFSK at 300/1200 bps (on 10 Meters and up).
