[RTTY] ARRL Rookie Roundup on RTTY August 21

The ARRL Rookie Roundup on RTTY will occur August 21 from 1800-2400Z for North American operators.  This is 2 hours after the end of
SARTG on Sunday.

This is a great opportunity for us to assist in bringing new operators into our sport of RTTY contesting.  Because more is required
to operate RTTY than just a key or microphone, now is the time to begin tutoring those new operators in your local club to get them
going on RTTY so they may participate in the Rookie Roundup on RTTY in August.  These are the RTTY contesters of the future.

Make an extra effort to seek out new licensees in an effort to assist them.  Full details can be found on the ARRL website page
