[RTTY] 30M commercial RTTY station

Hi Kermit,

I believe you hear station DDK9 of the German Weather Service
(Deutsche Wetterdienst or DWD) on 10100.8 kHz with 50 baud/450 Hz
plain RTTY. Location is Offenback near Kiel in N. Germany.
