Thanks to all who replied.  The mystery is solved and I have my beacon  
station. ;-))
 
It is coming in now about S4.   Last night when I went to bed it  was S2 or 
so.

It should be DDK9 but Location is Pinneberg near  Hamburg......

In  Google Maps you can see the hole area including their Antennas,
take a look  for Haidkamp 100, Pinneberg
