RST yes/no - there are contest programs out there that need   
599 for some of their unique and extremly useful features.   
      
However what about compliance with this BARTG rule??   
     
"US stations must use correct call or suffix for area of     
 operation. Eg AB1CDE/6 if operating from California."  
     
6es, 7s, KLs and even KHs from the east coast??
