[RTTY] Trouble Sending Volta Cabrillo log

The Contest Manager I2DMI told me that the provider changed the server and
the firewall/SMPT settings just the 14/May and they are trying to solve the
problem. Frank asks to be patient and to try again in a few days.

By my side I have been lucky and my log has been accepted by the robot.
Regarding the received log I had to wait two days to see my call.
