[RTTY] WAE RTTY

[Dick White]

I am setting up for the WAE RTTY contest. Instructions say press  ctl+Z once
to get RECEIVE QTC's and twice to get SEND QTC's.  I can't get the SEND QTC
window clicking ctl+Z twice, only receive.  N1MM ver. 11.11.0. What am I
doing wrong??
