[RTTY] RTTY signal on 18.107

Hi all,

This extremely loud signal is from (I believe) the Russian military, or
something of that sort.
I asked this question some time ago, and was told that it has primary use,
so we can't complain.
And no, you cannot decode it because it is encrypted, and the shift/width is
not conventional.
