[RTTY] rustest

[larry fields]

was trying out the yaesu FT-817nd here in south Korea from the parking
lot in front of the ship, and took my cellphone with me to record some
tones on both PSK31 and RTTY, caught UA0 on rustest. I got new
computer as well and downloaded the RTTY and airllink on it. It copied
it really fast.

Am looking forward to trying rtty when I get back to Manila
