Translation: MMTTY with a Dual Port Serial Card  and Four Silicon Diodes

At last year's Dayton Contest University, Ed (W0YK) delivered an excellent 
RTTY session followed by an RTTY Open Forum. At the forum I mentioned an 
SO2V solution using a cheap dual-port serial card and 4 diodes. Ed suggested 
that I "write it up." I said I would. That was 10 months ago.

Rather than be embarrassed when I see Ed at CTU next month, I have finally 
gotten around to "writing it up." ;-)
