[RTTY] Commercial Interfaces

All interfaces require a driver of some kind and Windows 8 (or some
of the OEM versions of Windows 8) has broken several of the hardware 
drivers.  Windows 8 is the new "Vista" and will have corporations
scrambling to retain Windows 7.
