[RTTY] USB Dongle Sound Cards

I use one with my laptop when I travel. It seems to work fine. I use a 
SoundBlaster.  The only issue I have come across is that somewhere in 
Windows (Win7 and Vista) it ignores the setting to turn off all sounds - 
just once in a great while.

some looking on Ebay and Amazon and they can be found as cheap as $15.00.
