The  Contest is this weekend, I was thinking some one from the FMRE place the 
information  here,
the info that have on hand  is on Spanish,  are the same rules,  
But the logs  for the MEXICAN  Stations will be send to  XE1J   (latest FMRE 
bulletin )
no information related to the  Outside XE, hope to get the info  later to share
