[RTTY] Dupes how to handle

I had one fellow work me and give me his number 2. Within fifteen minutes
he was back and called multiple times. Despite my telling him he was a DUPE
he persisted in calling over and over. Out of frustration I worked him
again. He gave me his number 4! What can I say?
