[RTTY] Dupes how to handle

I had a large number of dupes this time. It finally sank in that I was
using a call for WPX that had never been used in a RTTY contest. Being an
unfamiliar call I suspect it was getting miscopied. That said, I have
noticed that there are "serial dupers" that show up and dupe in every
contest. I suppose they just are getting on for the fun of making contacts.
