Ed and the group,

Yes, you are right about watching serial numbers from SO2R stations, and
that is one time where things may fall apart, and may even require a dupe.

Regarding WL and dupes, I will see if I can replicate the issue, and will
report it on the WL reflector if I can make it happen again!
