Agree, agree, agree .....except for:

I work them and if not too busy, hit alt-k, go on the keys and thank them 
for the contact. They may be non-contesters who need a card from me, friends 
who have met me before on-air and want to give me a point in the test or 
even those few still using teleprinters. My last proper printer, a Creed 
444, didn't come with many macros!
