[RTTY] Dropped last character in transmission during RTTY Roundup

[Don AA5AU]

I had only twelve dupes out of 2212 contacts.  That amazes me.  I work all dupes because I take the approach I may have not have made it into the other person's log the first time and want to make sure I get in there.
