[RTTY] What is that funky sound?

  ... and FLDIGI but it sure as heck isn't necessary for RTTY.

DM780 and fldigi would be better off reserving RSID for all the modes
that can't be identified by ear because the multiple "sub-modes" sound
so much alike.
