Yes, a bit of a problem. Suppose I went to ND for a contest and
the rx station was relying on the SCP, or worse memory, and got
my 599 ND (not NE) garbled?

Well, see, there's a problem with Zero-land... I could be in ND, SD, NE,
CO, KS, MO, IA or MN. So that doesn't work for me. I have to send a
subliminal thought with every message I sign.
