[RTTY] WPX on LOTW

Yes, the most recent update on the LoTW page explains that. There is
still some data processing going on to apply all of your QSLs to your
WPX account. It will take a couple of days for everything to show up
as selected. You can do it yourself if you want, but it's time
consuming!
