[RTTY] Expeds,DX, a Gripe !

I totally agree, and by the same reasoning, why do callers of the 
DX-peditions NEVER
check their own frequency first BEFORE calling? I thought that was 
an expected
operating standard, and common decent manners. I wonder how many 
actually do it?
