DXers seem to be really confused lately.  Cops, cops, cops.  Who cares 
that non-IDing, out-of-band operations, etc. etc.

When you are spotting on the cluster you worked them on 111.x guess you 
should get a copy of the band plan(s).

Didn't see you in the pile up Chen!  Got the Apple a copying away....
