[RTTY] Message to XX9E operators

Hi Don:

Are you sure it was XX9E ??
Who is using that exchange type is E40VB. Vlad only
send CALLSIGN 599 and   and yesterday they was almost on the same frequency
on 17 meters around 0200 Z (wkd him at 0222 Z).
No luck on XX9E on rtty yet ... 73
