[RTTY] New MixW Help Files available...

Hi,

For those of you using MixW, Colin Bell has updated the help files to
cover 3.x.  The old help files covered 2.x.  There is a significant
amount of new information contained in the new help files.  They are
available at either the Yahoo MixW group, or on my web site, listed
below.
