[RTTY] AA6YQ FIR512 Parameters

I've always had great results with the profile "Fluttered Signals 
(FIR)."  I never change it.

When Dave first came out with his profile, several people 
including me
commented
that it did not work well when several stations were on the same 
frequency.
Dave
soon verified that was the case. Seems it is best suited for weak 
signals,
but
only one at a time.
