[RTTY] CQ WW RTTY Contest Log Deadline

Two simple, but not particularly easy, "secrets":

1.  Operate from a "good enough" station from a "good enough" location such
that there are a large number of available stations to work.

2.  Develop your operating skills to be able to work stations at a high
rate, either running or search & pounce.
