[RTTY] Icom FSK interface

My Icom IC-7600 has built in sound card (so does my IC-7200)... An
opto-isolator and a resistor took care of the FSK.

The microHAM microKEYER II not only does FSK, but also has a built in
soundcard that can do AFSK and SSB DVK as well as an on board
Winkey keyer. Great device and I highly recommend it!
