The latest OP-DX bulletin says the cards went in the mail on September 13th. It also stated that Vlad had sent documentation to the DXCC desk in July and hasn't heard back. I had emailed Bill Moore, NC1L at the DXCC desk in August, asking about the accreditation of E40VB. Bill responded with the statement that they had received and were reviewing the paperwork. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
