Well, the same story here today.. PayPal+QSL card sent+Huston, TX = E4 RTTY confirmation!! Got mine in the mail box today!! GREAT CARD..
We all owe VLAD a BIG THANK YOU for activating E4 RTTY.. He is one FB ham.. Let’s hope it is approved for DXCC.. 
With what is going on in that part of the world today it may never happen again.. I’m getting to old to wait for that, LOL..
