In N1MM Logger Net is turned off in 2Tone when you are in Run mode.  In
WriteLog, there are no Run and S&P states in the software.  But, if you use
RIT to zero-beat the station you want to work on/near your run frequency,
using 2tone's two pair of tone references, it doesn't matter.
