[RTTY] SP RTTY DX

Hello All,
I Was looking at the rules for SP RTTYDX Contest and did not see any power
output information? Can we run Full power?

We will be operating from WA5FWC house using the call N3BUO.  Please listen
for us especially on 80 meters where we will be using the Four Square
antenna.
