[RTTY] 2013 CQ WPX RTTY Contest scores

I sent an email to CQ, after the same thing happened to me.

I was told there was a delay in printing July, which made it late and 
that the August CQ would be mailed or delivered, not clear which it is, 
the week of August 19th.
