[RTTY] 2013 CQ WPX RTTY Contest scores

Hi Ed,
 
I've never received my CQ Magazine in the prior month.  It always  comes 
mid to late in the issue month or soon after the start of the  following 
month.  I'm thinking of switching to the digital edition and  hoping for a more 
timely electronic delivery.
