[RTTY] How to submit a reply to a RM-11708 comment?

How does one reply to an existing comment?  I looked at the FCC
website and read some of the 'Pro" comments but it is not intuitive
about how one goes about submitting a "rebuttal" to posted comments -
as Chen suggests below.

If they no longer accept an original comment on this weekend or on
Monday, you might be able reword it in the form of a reply to an
existing comment.  Those are due on January 7th.

If you read through the comments that have been submitted, you can
probably find a substantial one which you can refute with your own
comments.   You can even find one that you agree with, but have
additional points to add.
