[RTTY] RTTY crosshair pattern

If you are referring to the pattern being crossed ellipses rather 
than perfect horizontal and vertical lines, I believe that is due 
to the filter bandwidth you are using.  Narrower filters give 
flatter ellipses.  Or at least that's my understanding.
