[RTTY] 1280A RTTY modem: manual and schematics needed

There is a manual somewhere on the net.  Somebody in iceland has it as I 
recall.  My 1280 had the exact same problem and it turned out to be the 
power switch on the front panel.  Looks like they get banged around. 
Easy enough fix. Paper copy I have doesn't have schematic but is an 
operators/usage manual.

I don't have the technical manual.  There is also a "Greenkeys" 
reflector message on the connections from KA4RSZ.
