[RTTY] DXLab's WinWarbler now includes 2Tone

WinWarbler is the digital mode component of the freeware DXLab Suite. Version 7.5.9, released earlier today, includes G3YYD's 2Tone
RTTY demodulator, which provides excellent weak signal decoding and handles selective fading that suppresses a signal's mark or
space tone. A screenshot showing simultaneous decoding of Mory JG0TCL's signal by both the MMTTY and 2Tone demodulators can be seen

If an external HF modem is available (KAM, PK232, MFJ, SCS PTC), WinWarbler can display a third receive pane showing the characters
it decodes.

DXLab users can obtain this update by clicking the WinWarbler Update button on the DXLab Launcher's Configuration window. Ops new to
