[RTTY] QRV during NAQP?

After the exchange they'll send something like: QRV @freq - since this is unsolicited would I be disqualified if I move to that freq and work him/her? And shouldn't these hams be disqualified for doing this? Especially since single ops are suppose to operate unassisted?
