[RTTY] AFSK Tips

If you want to avoid any problems with not hearing stations through AFC
pulling off to one side, forgetting to switch AFC/NET on and off and general
confusion, don't use them.
Just use the RIT or 2nd VFO to tune properly to the other signal when
running. Switch all the gizmos off when S&P .. just tune to the received
signal. It's easy to do with the waterfall displays or any decent tuning
indicator.
More importantly, when working a spotted station, always find them before
calling!
