Chen,

This discussion has been excellent.  And it's shining a light on an area 
that has a lot of myth and ignorance about it.  I'm very glad for everyone's 
work especially Andy who put out the initial tech series in the face of what 
could have been a lot of push-back.  Bravo all-round.
