[RTTY] [WriteLog] Question on Field Day

Hi Gary, et al...

Got things setup as you suggested. I have one log named ARRL_2013 MAIN
FD_CW_RTTY_SSB.WL.
A second log is name ARRL_2013 DUMMY RTTY.WL.

Thanks, and also, thanks to the others who were so helpful in providing
info.
No more responses are necessary. I got everything working just like I had
hoped.

I can use the main one for CW & SSB (since I don't have WL setup to send
voice macros). Then, when I
want to switch to RTTY mode, I just bring in the pre-setup RTTY macros from
the DUMMY RTTY
log. I do have the Yaesu FH-2 Remote COntrol Keypad for sending voice
commands on my FT-950.

It works slick. After the FD is over, I'll just delete the DUMMY files or
save them for 2014. They
don't take up much HD space.

Thanks for the info. It'll come in handy, I'm sure, for a lot of guys who
read the reflector. Hope to
see/hear you during FD. Appreciate all the QSO's we've had in many contests
in the past.

73,

Dick
