[RTTY] BARTG

[Robert Chudek - K0RC]

I saw someone sending "UTC" between the serial number and the time. That 
was unexpected and confusing, to say the least! He must have got yelled 
at because when I heard him a couple hours later, the "UTC" was not 
there anymore.
