[RTTY] F5U103 adapter

I will second Joe on that. I use a 4 and an 8 and they don't miss a bit.
Drivers for Win 8 were found almost immediately. I have used them with XP,
Vista, Win 7, Ubuntu linux and never have they been the cause of a problem.
