[RTTY] First RTTY QRP Contest

This contest was really interesting to see what's possible with just 5
watts.
End up with 69 QSO's (44qs on 40m, 25qs on 20m), mostly Italian stations.
The signals from US was really loud.
Highlights on 20m: EA8OM, N2WK (2x), TA1DX, TF3PPN, VE2FK, WB2COY and K4GMH

I was working full SO2R with both stations calling CQ, just 10% S&P, in
5h30. The equipment was a Flex5000, IC7400, full-size vertical for 40m with
elevated radials @6m and a 3 el. SteppIR @17m mostly in Bi-Dir mode (just -2
db but 2 directions). Software: RCKLog (what else, hi). 

Hopefully this contest will become a permanent contest each year and the
participation will increase, so it's not frustrating with a rate of 10
QSO's/h (as SO2R).
