[RTTY] WAE Practice?

I would welcome one. I'd love for it to be on Friday a couple hours before
the start of the contest. The catch would be we would need to get enough
critical mass to get some QTC activity. If we all agreed to send 2 or 3
QTCs at a shot rather than 10 that would mix it up more. - jeff wk6i
