[RTTY] RM-11708 Assigned: ARRL Symbol Rate Petition with FCC

I wrote my Division director and he was positive in his response although I will not share it.

He did tell me that the FCC has assigned an RM number to the proposal - RM 11708. As of this afternoon it had not been posted
online. I tried finding it on the FCC website and did not see it. I'm not even sure where to look for it. Perhaps someone can point
us to the correct URL.
